Massow donates £91k as The Secret Millionaire

Insurance entrepreneur and millionaire Ivan Massow has given away tens of thousands of pounds to worthy causes as part of Channel 4's The Secret Millionaire programme.

Massow, who once ran the UK's 10th largest advice firm, is mounting a direct challenge to IFAs with a new online service to help consumers slash ongoing commission they pay for advice they no longer receive. Aired last night, the show followed Massow from his £6m London town house to the Pilton housing estate in a run-down part of Edinburgh where he met local people trying to rebuild their community.
