A London-based independent financial adviser (IFA) has become the latest business to be cloned by fraudsters.
The FSA has warned consumers about a business claiming to be NKP Financial on its website, where it lists unauthorised firms and individuals. It has been using the domain name www.nkp-financial.com, although this website now appears to be down. The real NKP Financial, which describes itself as a "boutique wealth management firm", is an FSA-authorised IFA and has three registered intermediaries.
