Zurich launches platform recruitment drive

Zurich UK Life has launched a recruitment drive to beef up its platform team ahead of the planned launch of its retail proposition later this year.

To coincide with the rollout of its FNZ-powered retail platform in Q4, the insurer is looking to expand its platform retail distribution team from nine to 50. Head of retail platform distribution Jaki Platt said personnel from rival platform players are being targeted in the hiring drive. "We are looking to grow our team to 50 in order to help IFAs transition their models to RDR and devise professional plans incorporating platforms into their businesses," said Platt.
