The entry process for the prestigious Gold Standard Awards 2011 has now begun to reward firms offering the best standards of service to their clients.

This year's awards process will focus more than ever before on how firms are implementing the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF). Last year's winners in the IFA category included: Mearns & Co, Informed Choice, Torquil Clark, Investment Quorum and Clarity.
