Graeme Ashley-Fenn, head of the authorisations division at the FSA, has left the regulator for personal reasons.
His department is responsible for assessing applications for new firm authorisations, variation of permissions and approved person status, among other things. Sharon Campbell, current head of authorisations, will take over from Ashley-Fenn on an interim basis.
