UCIS provider Connaught clarifies adviser literature error

Advisers should not have received literature about the Connaught Secured Income fund Series 2 with shortened risk information, according to Connaught Asset Management.

IFAonline understands some advisers, who do not currently invest in this particular Connaught fund, may have received an abridged version of the Q2 2011 Investment Adviser's report on the Guernsey-domiciled fund in error. This did not include a paragraph on recent issues at fund backer Tiuta and Connaught's assessment of the situation. This was contained in information filed on the Channel Island Stock Exchange (CISX).
