Insolvency Service will not pursue Keydata directors

The Insolvency Service has said there will be no proceedings taken against Stewart Ford and the other Keydata directors.

The Insolvency Service wrote to the directors on 6 May saying it did not propose to take proceedings against them, pursuant to section 6 of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986, in connection with the affairs of Keydata, according to a source close to the directors. "We are pleased the Insolvency Service has decided not to take any action and vindicates our stance from the outset that there was never any wrong doing by directors or the senior management of the firm," said the source.  Stewart Ford, Mark Owen and Craig McNeil are the directors of Keydata.
