MAM Funds welcomes Neil Bridge, formerly head of UK retail sales at Schroders, as head of business development. It has also appointed Gartmore marketing manager Mark Harper as head of marketing. Alison Sharpe, business architect for Skandia Investment Solutions, joins Novia in the summer as business architect.
