Syndicate AM promotes Cheshire to full-time CEO

Asset manager Syndicate has promoted Mark Cheshire from interim to full-time group chief executive.

The former Lloyds TSB Wealth Management director will continue in his role as CEO of Syndicate's wholly-owned wealth management division, Ashcourt Rowan. Syndicate says under Cheshire's leadership, Ashcourt Rowan revenues for the six months to 30 September 2010 jumped 28% compared to the same period the previous year. Peter Dew, non-executive chairman of Syndicate, says: "We are delighted that Mark has accepted the position of Group CEO.
