Amanda Bowe joins Aegon UK

Former head of the RDR at the FSA Amanda Bowe has joined Aegon UK as group compliance director.

Bowe, who joins in April from the Consumer Financial Education Body (CFEB), will lead the development and implementation of Aegon's approach to regulatory management and compliance. It follows the recent appointment of Paul McMahon as Aegon UK group marketing director. Chief risk officer Charles Garthwaite says: "Amanda is renowned in the industry for her leadership of the RDR and she has a wealth of regulatory and supervisory experience gained during her time at the FSA.
