True Potential secures FSA go-ahead for wrap

IFA support services provider True Potential has secured FSA authorisation to launch a wrap platform in the first quarter of the year.

The company announced in December plans to launch a wrap which it promised would be "truly differentiated" from other offerings in the market. It registered True Potential Platform and Investment Strategies, the limited liability partnership under which the wrap will sit, on 5 January. Managing partner David Harrison says the company, which also has an IFA arm, already has the back-office capability to integrate with the new platform. He adds the profitability of the business stands it in good stead to build what he hopes will be a "market-leading" proposition. Unaudited account...
