A 98-year-old pensioner furious at being hit with overdraft charges has decided to turn the tables on her bank, by mimicking the demands it makes of her as a customer....maybe.

OK so it maybe a hoax or it may be just about the best complaint letter ever penned. Bank managers beware of copy cats. Dear Sir, I am writing to thank you for bouncing my cheque with which I endeavoured to pay my plumber last month. By my calculations, three nanoseconds must have elapsed between his presenting the cheque and the arrival in my account of the funds needed to honour it.
