James Hutson, the chief investment officer at Rowan Dartington, has left the business as parent company Astaire Group moves a step closer to selling the wealth manager.
Astaire Group says negotiations regarding a change in ownership of Rowan Dartington, which it describes as its principal remaining operating asset following the sale last month of Astaire Securities, are at an advanced stage. It says any such change of control will be subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals but says the Rowan Dartington board would welcome the move.
