Aegon launches monthly newsletter to 17,000 advisers

Aegon is launching a monthly 'ezine' to thousands of advisers with details of online planning tools and updates.

The online newsletter, Equip, aims to provide advisers with helpful industry information, Aegon specific news, regulatory updates and business opportunities. It will also have greater interaction with the Aegon UK website, enabling advisers to access literature, online tools and updates. Aegon's Mark Locke says: "Financial advisers need relevant and timely information. "Our feedback suggests they don't appreciate being bombarded with provider emails that add little or no business value."
