Osmosis hires former Insight head to front RI team

Specialist asset manager Osmosis Investment Management has appointed Rory Sullivan as head of responsible investment (RI).

Sullivan was previously head of RI at Insight Investment, where he integrated environmental, social and governance issues into the firm's investment processes. He was also responsible for the quality of Insight's engagement with companies and governments on social and environmental issues. Osmosis Investment Management CEO June Aitken says: "As investors, we have a fundamental obligation to our clients and to society at large to protect and enhance the quality of the companies in which we are invested.
