SimplyBiz expands board with three director appointments

SimplyBiz has appointed three directors to its main board to help support its expansion plans.

Steve Braidford will take up the role of group sales director, Gary Kershaw will become Group compliance director, and David Kershaw will have responsibility as group member services director. Co-managing director Matt Timmins says: "As we are looking to grow and develop the group and our services to member firms at a rapid pace, it was important that the first step was to ensure we have the right team at Group level."
