SimplyBiz beefs up Verbatim with four hires in two weeks

SimplyBiz has appointed Paul Savage and Sophie Metcalf to investment consultancy roles in recently launched Verbatim Asset Management.

Together they will be responsible for rolling out and integrating the adviser support firm's investment process. Savage joins Verbatim from a research analyst position at threesixty, where he was  responsible for the advisory, protection and specialist funds research panels. Prior to this, he worked at Sesame as a compliance consultant. Metcalf was most recently head of technical at a Leeds-based IFA, with responsibilities including fund research, paraplanning, and providing support with technical queries.   The hires follow the appointment to Verbatim earlier this month of L...
