Perspective appoints group practice director

Perspective has appointed Ian Wilkinson as its group practice director to integrate working relationships across the firms within the consolidation vehicle.

Wilkinson will co-ordinate the day-to-day resources of the group, as well as advising on wider strategy, with the aim of ensuring individual firms can achieve their goals. He will continue as managing director of Newcastle-based IFA firm, Rutherford Wilkinson, which joined Perspective in December last year. Earlier this month Perspective acquired its 14th firm, Chesham-based Chessman & Partners, taking the group's annualised turnover to £12.5m, its funds under advisory and management to over £1bn, with a recurring income of £6.2m.
