SimplyBiz hires duo for Verbatim push

Adviser support firm SimplyBiz has appointed two regional development managers to help run its new Verbatim Asset Management offering.

Leone Pearce, previously platform development consultant for Bankhall's Portavista proposition, is joined by Monique de Lange from asset manager Orbis Investment Advisory. They will be responsible for the roll-out and integration of SimplyBiz's end-to-end investment process, which it says is designed to be "independent, compliant, robust and repeatable". Launched in February, Verbatim is partnering with multi-managers at investment firms Henderson New Star, Ignis, Architas and Schroders, to run funds for SimplyBiz members.
