Perspective make first purchase of 2010

Perspective Financial Group has extended its 2009 purchasing spree into the New Year with the acquisition of Future Lifestyle on Friday.

The purchase of the small IFA business with a turnover of £180k, based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset, marks the first acquisition by the Wilmslow-based consolidator in 2010. Future Lifestyle will be taken over by Perspective subsidiary, Charles Reynolds Associates, which itself became part of the Perspective Group in December last year. Future Lifestyle Ltd is a one-man firm and the owner is leaving the IFA industry due to ill health.
