Investment guarantees could boost scheme membership - MetLife

A survey by the firm suggests many savers are concerned about the performance of their company scheme, and many are put off joining through fear of their investments losing value. According to MetLife's survey, 18% of employees would be encouraged to join their company scheme if an investment guarantee was in place, rising to 23% among workers aged 18 to 24.
