New software aims to reshape financial advice

A newly developed financial planning tool called 2020 Adviser aims to tear up the traditional model of financial advice whilst meeting the challenges of implementing the RDR.

2020 Adviser is built on the salesforce.com platform and is powered by cloud technology. Available via phone, web and face-to-face, it aims to alter the relationship between financial institutions and customers by providing accurate, up-to-the-minute and transparent advice - all key components of the RDR. The tool is designed for all retail financial service operations including high street banks, retailers, building societies, insurance companies, bancassurers and IFA networks.
