Published yesterday (6 July), The Mills Review: AI and the Future of Retail Financial Services recognised that artificial intelligence will be "transformative" for financial services, according to PIMFA senior policy adviser Maria Fritzsche. For advice firms specifically, Fritzsche said: "The opportunity is not to replace people with AI, but to use AI to deliver better, more efficient and more personalised services while maintaining the human relationships that remain central to good consumer outcomes."
