Skandia ex Mark Williams to join Cofunds as finance director

Mark Williams, former head of finance at Skandia UK's now-defunct Business Unit, is set to rejoin his former boss Brett Williams at Cofunds as finance director.

Williams was part of the wealth management unit disbanded by Skandia following Brett's departure from the company a little over a year ago. He will replace Andrew Harris, currently Cofunds' managing director, finance and controls. Cofunds this morning announced Harris and Cofunds founder Andy Creak are leaving the platform. CEO Williams says the move is part of plans to install his own team at the company, but he says he will not be replacing Creak.
