Platforum to launch wrap user reviews

The Platforum has launched a new service allowing advisers to rate and review the platforms they use.

Advisers can rate platforms against a number of criteria to generate a league table of the best performing wraps. Platforms will be rated on various features, including technical support, customer service, BDM support, online tools and value for money. IFAs can also choose to write an in-depth review of the platform to give a more detailed insight into their experiences with platforms. The Platforum will aggregate the scores to produce a table of the best and worst rated wraps.
