IntelliFlo adds enhancements

Back and front office solutions provider, IntelliFlo, has added a further enhancement to its Intelligent Office system, delivering extended document management features.

The new release delivers a sophisticated document security control, which allows specified users advanced access to documents, folders and binders of a particular status, such as suitability letters and client applications. This means that documents that reach a certain status, for example ‘live’, can only be deleted by designated users.
