The artificial intelligence theme has been on a seesaw within the market for many months now. One week, investors are convinced we're in a bubble, and the next they've decided to go all in on the ‘picks and shovels' plays of the AI gold rush. But outside the market discussion, there's been a societal opinion forming around AI, which is increasingly negative.
