THE Association of Independent Financial Advisers (AIFA) has released ‘RDR Issues Paper 2: Adviser Segmentation' to its members.
It details the Financial Services Authority’s (FSA) proposals to introduce three tiers of advice that reflect the type of service provided to consumers: Professional Financial Planners and Advisory Services (PFPs), General Financial Advisers (GFAs) and Primary Advisers (PAs).
