FSA RDR responses "450 and counting"

THE FSA has confirmed that it has received a large number of responses to the RDR Discussion Paper, with the current tally standing at over 450.

Clarifying the decision late last year to extend the timetable for providing an implementation report, Sam Bennet, spokeswoman for the FSA, said: "We have had a fantastic response to the RDR, as expected, and in order to ensure we fully explore the issues and topics raised it was decided we would extend the timetable with the new implementation report now due in October." An interim report will be released in April, as confirmed by Stephen Bland on December 4. "No details of the responses will be released until April when we will be able to give the industry a good idea of our findings"...
