Alliance launches online deals

A NEW online share-dealing service is being launched by Alliance Trust.

It will offer free transfer of cash between accounts and income management, as well as access to a range of research tools. In addition, the real-time service will charge a flat rate of £12.50 for any trade regardless of size, with no account management fee. Alliance has appointed Claudia Philips, who was responsible for setting up a similar service at Halifax and has over 20 years’ experience in the investment dealing sector to oversee the service.
