Senior posts at risk at Openwork

OPENWORK has confirmed a number of senior sales managers are at risk of losing their jobs as part of its restructuring process.

The multi-tied advisory network admitted its 15 regional managers could be sacked as the company attempted to maintain its position as one of the leading multi-tied mortgage and financial advice firms. Andy Ferns, sales director at Openwork, said the loss of 15 regional managers was not big news, and added no further changes were planned. “It’s not a big issue," he said.
