CREDIT Suisse has rebranded Marcus Hankey's £78m UK Growth & Income fund as UK Thematic fund, and given it a growth bias.
Hankey and his team will now focus on achieving capital growth, combining a top-down overview through various 'themes' with bottom-up stock detail to best capture those themes, adding alpha at both ends. They will be able to invest in any stocks they wish which meet their theme objectives, without having to consider yield.
