FundsNetwork targets tech upgrade

PLATFORM provider, FundsNetwork, has turned its attentions to upgrading its technology offering and is in the process of redesigning its client management system.

Rob Fisher, head of sales and marketing, commented: “We have always tried to position FundsNetwork as innovatively as can be. “Over the past few years the focus has been on adding products, most recently trusts. In the next six months to a year, we are looking at the technology aspect, particularly the adviser-facing services.” In preparation for the technology overhaul, FundsNetwork has spent the past year conducting research and working with Fidelity in the US, using the insight of its e-business.
