AXA develop wrap platform

AXA will develop a wrap platform as part of a major restructuring of the business following its acquisition of Winterthur.

The French life insurer unveiled the wrap plans as it announced the establishment of several ‘market-focused’ business units, including separate divisions for wealth management, corporate business, advisory services, protection, business solutions and the platform operation. Winterthur will remain as a brand, which AXA Life chief executive Paul Evans described as becoming a ‘premium’ service and product provider for the high net worth(HNW) market.
