NLA launches specialist lending service

The National Landlords Association (NLA) has launched a mortgage sourcing service available to UK landlords called NLA Mortgages.

The free service is also offering cashback to NLA members upon successful completion of their application. The service has brought together a panel of the most popular buy-to-let lenders and also features deals not available in the general marketplace. The service also offers a specialist enquiry line, online case tracking and cashback for members. NLA members applying through NLA Mortgages can receive cashback worth 0.25% of the loan advance, meaning a £250,000 mortgage would net £625 of cashback.
