Easier2Move to pay referrals on landlord EPCs

Easier2Move is offering a low-cost energy performance certificate (EPC) for landlords, which also pays a referral fee for intermediaries.

From 1 October, landlords will require an EPC for their property to provide to prospective tenants before they can market a property to rent. Easier2Move is offering EPC for £55 plus VAT, and will pay referral fees to introducers, which can be built up over time. The firm says it can turn around an EPC within 24 hours to provide a speedy service for landlords who need the certificate quickly.
