Optoma Broker Solutions closed to incoming calls

Optoma Broker Solutions is refusing to take incoming calls from mortgage intermediaries until Wednesday morning.

The packager has not been accepting incoming calls since Friday with a message on its website simply stating it will be making outgoing calls until the close of business tomorrow. There is no explanation as to the cause of the sudden closure although Optoma has advised brokers wishing to place business with it to do so using its online decision-in-principle facility.
