Progressive learning offered to protection advisers

Progress from Royal Liver has added an e-only training programme to its extranet to help new entrants learn about the protection industry.

Called progressive learning, the educational tool is designed to teach new sales, support and administrative staff who have just joined an advisory firm about various issues relating to protection products and the processes involved. Creation of the online training college followed interviews with IFAs using the progress from Royal Liver system who, for example, wanted to help employees successfully pass their CF3 protection exam and learn about the market they work within.
