Retirement Plus will provide consumers with fee-free entry to its Property Plan and launch a new plan allowing customers to release a larger amount from their property.
The Property Plan, which is being renamed the Classic Property Plan, will remain the same as the original home reversion offering but with no fees for successful applicants. As part of the criteria changes, completion fees for the Classic Property Plan will be waived, and valuation fees have been reduced and will be refunded to customers upon completion.
