Paradigm Mortgage Services has today launched a compliance service to provide guidance to brokers.
The service is available to Paradigm members and to non-members and includes access to Paradigm’s technical services helpdesk. Paradigm says its compliance team can provide assistance in areas such as financial promotions, FSA applications, complaints guidance, risk assessment, treating customers fairly (TCF) strategies, risk assessment and technical queries.
