Close Mortgages, the mortgage arm of Close Brothers, has today suspended its applications process.
A statement on the company’s website says close mortgages are not accepting any new mortgage applications whilst it reviews its product range. Applications which have already been received will be completed, provided they meet underwriting and completion requirements. Brokers with queries about mortgage applications currently being processed should call 0845 880 1330. Brokers with completed mortgages administered by Close Mortgages should call 0845 880 1305.
