Scottish Equitable will be launching at least another two new models of its Investment Risk Profiler (IRP) - a support tool for IFAs - in next year after saying feedback from the first one has been "fantastic".
The Edinburgh-based insurer will be launching a regular premium model in early second quarter next year, and a investment bond version will also become available to IFAs at some point in 2004, says Dominic Holmes, head of sales for individual & specialist pensions at Scottish Equitable. A version for group pensions might also become available, he says. Scot Eq's first IRP was launched six weeks ago in a bid to help advisers to conduct 'psychometric testing' to identify the client's attitude to risk.
