Paradigm opens broker forum

Paradigm Mortgage Services has launched an online forum where brokers can submit queries to other members and directly to lenders.

The forum will be split into various sectors and is aimed at helping brokers to find specific product solutions for clients. The new forum allows Paradigm members to post comments, questions and queries to the site, which other members and market professionals can then respond to. As well as appearing on the board, questions will be sent out to Paradigm’s suppliers in a particular sector. Lenders accepting queries from the forum have agreed to contact the member firm within 48 hours.
