Relocation scheduled for FSI property appointment

First State Investments has expanded its position in the property market again with an addition to the Colonial First State global property team who is relocating from Australia to London.

Matthew Gulczynski is moving from Sydney to London next month to take up a role as property securities analyst to the group’s recently-launched FS global property and Asian property securities funds. Having worked as an equities analyst, with specialist knowledge of the Reits market, in UBS Securities’ real estate research team, Gulczynski has already begun work with the Colonial team and reports in to John Snowden, head of property securities at Colonial First State in Sydney, but will then relocate to London to work closely with Stuart Martin, senior portfolio manager responsible for UK...
