Otto Thoresen brands RDR 'too complex'

The Retail Distribution Review (RDR) may struggle to achieve its goals because it is "trying to do too many things at once", according to Otto Thoresen.

The Aegon UK chief executive and author of The Thoresen Review, says trying to remedy the financial advice industry’s problems in one go is like “trying to play chess with gloves on”.
