Resolution requests 'put up or shut up' extension

Resolution has requested a 24 hour extension on the 'put up or shut up' deadline for Standard Life and Pearl.

Last week the panel decided on a 5pm deadline today for the opponents to confirm an intention to make an offer. Earlier this afternoon, Standard Life made an offer of 517p per share and 0.715 Standard Life shares for each Resolution share.
