Scottish Life HR tool could save employers "thousands"

Scottish Life has launched an online human resources tool which is free to employers and could be used by IFAs could use as a selling point to encourage pensions-take.

Called works4you, the software package launched on January 1st is designed specifically for distribution by financial advisers as a free addition to the take-up of any Scottish Life group pensions package, including stakeholder pensions, and acts as a further IFA marketing tool to all employees once set up. Encouraging use of the package through financial advisers could save employers thousands of pounds and score the adviser some 'brownie points' with the employer, as small to medium-sized companies can pay thousands of pounds to buy or build a human resources software plan which records ...
