Elements, the IFA business launching next week for women clients, says it is looking to recruit female-only IFAs to build its presence in the market.
Director Caroline Anstee says the business will additionally be looking for women with client skills rather than just those with technical merit, as the firm is committed to training the right people if required. ”We’re not looking to just hire AFPC-qualified people,” she says.
