MetLife launches online training for Retirement Portfolio

MetLife Europe will host a series of webchats and presentations for advisers, building on the launch of its Retirement Portfolio.

Webinars will be hosted by Peter Carter, head of product marketing at MetLife, on 20, 22 and 23 October. They are designed to let IFAs quiz the provider about the product and the concept of unit-linked guarantees in the UK, says MetLife. An online presentation on the Retirement Portfolio is also available for advisers, outlining the product's features. Research by MetLife found IFAs want to expand their knowledge of unit-linked guarantee products, with 63% saying a lack of knowledge about the products will hamper the market’s growth.
