The Department for Work and Pensions has issued amending regulations on how age discrimination legislation will affect pensions.
It has published a 25-page consultation which will run for just over a week until 20 October 2006, as it says the short discussion period is necessary to make sure employers and trustees have enough time to implement the regulations by the 1st December deadline.
